The Residence Maeva La Baie des Sables is a recently renovated property situated in the popular seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a quiet residential area, close to the harbour and 50m from the first beach. There is plenty to do nearby including a walk around the Ile de Penotte district of the old town which has pedestrian alleys and façades decorated with shells all done by a local artist. During July and August, a boat leaves from the harbour for trips to the Ile d'Yeu and you can also take a trip to the Ile de Noirmoutier which houses a large aqaurium and the biggest butterfly greenhouse in France.
The Baie des Sables residence itself enjoys a quiet location and is a 4-storey building which was renovated in 2008. Small shops are 100m away, there are 2 covered markets nearby and a beautiful 3km sandy beach is just 50m from the residence. Onsite there's a small games room with table football and a Playstation and a launderette.
Accommodation is studio apartments which can sleep up to 4 people which have a furnished loggia or balcony. |
