Camping in Normandy

With daily sailings into Cherbourg, Caen and Dieppe, the Normandy campsites are easily accessible from the UK and are ideal for those who don't wish to drive too far to get started with their camping holiday!

The Mont St-Michel stands proudly out of the Baie du Mont St-Michel and is open daily throughout the year. Deauville is often referred to as the Monte Carlo of the north and is a chic, coastal resort with a casino and pretty harbour. Honfleur and Bayeux should also be on your 'to visit' list whilst on holiday.

One of the real benefits of a camping holiday in Normandy is that there is very little driving to do once you leave the ferry. Cross to Cherbourg or Caen or if you're staying at Chateau Lez Eaux you should also consider St Malo. If you have an early ferry, it is always advisable to book into an overnight hotel close to the port.
