This holiday property is a small but cosy detached house, built entirely in local white stone and situated in a quiet area of the village of Brie-sous-Mortagne. It has a large enclosed lawned garden with a swing as well as a patio to dine al-fresco, which makes it an excellent base for a family holiday.

The villages along the Gironde Estuary offer some very picturesque harbours and great seafood restaurants, with fishing possibilities and pedaloes available at a nearby lake. Royan and its beautiful sandy beaches lie within a 40 minutes drive.
