The South East of Ireland is famous for its sandy beaches and Bronze Age heritage. County Wexford and Waterford are easily reached from Dublin and are ideal destination for the whole family. The scenic Bannow drive is very popular as well as the Hook peninsula with its spectacular coastline, sandy beaches and Hook Head lighthouse.

Wexford is home to the annual Opera Festival. Waterford is the oldest city in Ireland and retains its Viking heritage with pride: the city is divided into several historical quarters: the Viking Triangle with its original 10th century fortifications, its medieval narrow streets, the Quay and the "Red Square" are some of the best sites to discover or revisit.

Our Cottages on the West Coast of Ireland can be booked accommodation only or packaged with a ferry crossing.

There are many crossings to choose from: Holyhead - Dublin is the most popular with a journey time 1h49mn on the fast ferry or 3h15mn on the conventional ferry. Alternatively, we can suggest Holyhead - Dun Laoghaire with an average journey time of 99mn.

If you wish to break the journey up, we have a wide variety of en-route hotels available to book.
