Residence Maeva Port Guillaume is a fantastic residence located opposite the marina in the pretty town of Dives-sur-Mer, 30km from Caen, 3km from Houlgate and 1.5km from Cabourg.
Cabourg beach is just 300m away, accessed via a footbridge and Houlgate beach is nearby accessible via footpath. Residence Port Guillaume benefits from a heated indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool (end May-Sept). Guests staying at the residence will also benefit from preferential green fee rates at both Cabourg Golf Le Home and Caen Golf as well as reduced rates at the Thalossotherapy Thalazur Ouistreham center.
Nearby there are lots of activities including sand-yachting, tennis, horse-riding and watersports. A variety of shops, services and local markets can be found in the centre of Dives sur Mer just 1km from the residence. Other onsite facilities include a launderette (payable) and free loan of iron and ironing board and hairdryer (subject to availability).
