Terms and Conditions for Leisure Direction.com

Below are the terms and conditions for making a ferry reservation with the Leisure Direction.com.

We summarise the details of the ticket you are about to buy; you confirm that this is what you want. You are then transferred to our secure server where you enter your credit card (or debit card) details.

Once completed you will be issued your booking reference, which you can print off. You will also receive an email copy sent to the address specified in your application. If you purchase your crossing through our call centre you will receive a booking confirmation in the post.

Your credit card details will not be retained by Leisure Direction.com, only by the acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these details.

All online bookings are handled via a secure server which encrypts all your details into a format that cannot be recognised. This website uses Thawte SSL encryption technology.
When will I see the ' padlock' which shows my details are secure?
Once you have received a price you then proceed to book. You know you are on the secure page because a secure Thawte logo appears on the page. To check the site is secure 'right click' on your mouse and view the properties of the page. You will see a web address starting with https. The 's' at the end means the site is secure. Alternatively 'hover' about a centimetre above the 'Thawte' logo and the mouse pointer will change to a 'hand', left click your mouse and the link will highlight the details on the secure page. Secure payments are taken by our payment partner Entee Global Services Ltd.

Leisure Direction.com endeavours to provide you the highest level of service. If however you have a query or the level of service or product fails to meet your expectations then please refer to our customer services department.

Cancellation & Amendments:
Amendments to any bookings will incur a £25 administration fee. Leisure Direction will abide by the individual cancellation policy of each of its Channel crossing partners. Full terms and conditions are available upon request.

When you browse our site we do not log your e-mail address unless you provide it as part of a purchase or as a request for information. No e-mails will be sent in future unless you have given your consent.
We endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days.
