Camping Le Château des Marais Park is set in woodland close to the Château de Chambord, arguably the most magnificent of all Loire châteaux.
Just six miles away from Camping Chateau des Marais is the impressive Château de Chambord and the nearby forests and parks are perfect for walks, cycling and picnics. An hours drive takes you to the beautiful Château de Chenonceau.
Set in the spacious grounds of an old stone manor house, Camping Le Château des Marais an ideal parc for families with young children. There is a great waterpark with waterslides, a lazy river and a spacious sun terrace. The restaurant, take-away and shop have all been built of local oak to blend in with the surroundings.
Note that some noise may be heard from the nearby road.
A small indoor spa, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi has now been built on the parc which is free to use in May June and Sept, however, there is a small charge in high season.
