Alpe d'Huez is one of France's oldest resorts and is linked with Oz-en-Oisans, Vaujany and Auris-en-Oisans.
One of the main attractions for competent skiers to Alpe d'Huez is the 16km long black run though the resort and ski area is large enough to suit all levels of skier.
A shuttle bus operates around the resort, free to Visalp ski lift pass holders as are night-skiing, ice-skating (equipment hire required), 2 heated pool (indoor & outdoor) and various activities at the sports centre. |
