Ski Holidays in France and Europe - Ski Courchevel |
Courchevel (and especially Courchevel 1850) is one of the most expensive resorts in the French Alps and is the most easterly of the Three Valleys ski resorts. Known for being chic and attracting the jet-setters, Courchevel 1850 boasts a wide array of 4-star hotels and accommodation along with a double michelin starred restaurant! Aside from that, the skiing is superb and from the resort a series of lifts takes you to Saulire at 2738m altitude from where you can ski across into the other Three Valleys resorts or head back towards Courchevel. The Altiport district of the resort is best suited to beginners and intermediates with green and easy blue runs.
